總結
- 相當多資深教師從體制內學校轉換軌道到創新教育學校
- 大部分創新教育學校教師都是新進入該領域
- 工作壓力依然存在,工作量最大的是上級安排的非教學任務,其次是對學生的溝通和管理
- 絕大多數教師對自己的工作相當滿意
- 在關係中,與同事的關係相當好,其次是與自己的關係,排在最後的是與家長的關係
- 教師相信自己熟悉所教的每個學生
- 教師對自己的薪酬並不很滿意
- 教師在閱讀上面的投入並不多
- 教師最想要提升的是自身的思維能力
- 資深教師和新教師對學習的需求有偏差
- 現有學校提供的崗前培訓和教師培訓是有效的
